I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
If your size is greyed out or you don't see your size available, that means the size is currently out of stock or unavailable.

Has my order been sent yet ?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Part of my order is missing
If you only receive a partial order, that means your order needed to be split into multiple packages. this means you will receive the other part of your order in a seperate delivery.

Is it safe to order online?

Can I track my order ?
Yes. Once your order has shipped. you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
No problem. I we've made a mistake and sent the wrong items, just start a product return for an exchange. once we receive the items back, we'll ship out the correct merchandise.

I forgot to use my discount code
Once you've checked out. you can't go back and apply it on that particular order. but feel free to save your code and apply on the next order..
